Our Chef Mr. Barbosa moved to the United States in 2002 from Venezuela where he learned his love for food & the restaurant business working for his mother, learning to cook from scratch. His mother had a restaurant & sent him to culinary school because she saw how passionate he was about cooking. He worked at Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia for 2 years, later moving to Gettysburg to become the head chef of a local Italian Restaurant where he specialized in New York Style Pizza, Subs, and Fine Italian Food. After 14 years, he decided to venture on his own, with the help of a partner, starting Clementina's Pizzeria & Ristorante. Clementina, his mother, is no longer with us, but will forever live in our Restaurant's Namesake.
